Hot Chocolate

A spiced chocolate cake with with hints of ginger and cinnamon is filled with a gooey chocolate marshmallow mousse then topped with Mexican hot chocolate buttercream pressed in crunchy mini marshmallows and dusted with spiced powdered sugar.
